At Operator Fitness we have both male and female Personal Trainers on staff, and all are highly credentialed and certified through national professional organizations.
At Operator Fitness we believe that a good Personal Trainer can make all difference on whether or not, you as the trainee, achieve your fitness goals. If you have just began your training journey then the correct exercise instruction in how to correctly complete all exercise movements and nutrition consulting can set you up for a successful experience.
Our Personal Trainers always develop individualized training programs for each trainee. We never use “cookie cutter” or fad type workout programming.
All training and workouts are science based and evidence proven methods and modalities…there’s absolutely no “Bro Science” or locker room suggestions.
We specialize in body transformations! If you want to lose weight we can get you to your end goal weight. If you want to gain lean muscle mass we can help you build yourself up to your goal weight. If you just want to get into great physical shape and maintain your overall health…young or old…short or tall…we will train you to do so.
Our Personal Trainers work with people from all walks of life. We’ve trained bodybuilders, bikini models, and people with special needs.
Whatever stage you are at in your fitness journey you can benefit from the guidance and experience of a great Personal Trainer.
Some people prefer to workout alone-this is there “me” time. Some people prefer to workout with a friend or training partner. Some people prefer to workout in a group of people such as a “bootcamp” type class. Everyone differs in their preference when it comes to exercise and training.
However, it is scientifically proven that everyone trains harder when there is a good Personal Trainer pushing them to achieve more. When people are by themselves, they often play it safe and don’t push themselves to their limits. If you are one of those people who are driven and can give it their all, it is often done in the wrong manner. This can lead to injury and keep you out of the gym for a long time. A good Personal Trainer will know when to push you harder, and how to go about that which, in turn, will get you better results and keep you safe and injury-free.
When you make the decision to become healthier and physically fit you are sometimes met with resistance from those close to you. Friends or even family members might attempt to sabotage your goals in some ways, not through maliciousness, but through, well, a desire to have you remain the same. It happens all too often. Having a supportive Personal Trainer in your corner can help to keep you on track and keep your spirits high. The more people you have that are supportive of your goals the greater chance you have of achieving those goals. Personal Trainers are the Captains of your support team.
Personal Trainers help you to stay on track, and they will also hold you accountable if you get off track. A Personal Trainer cares about your progress, not only because it’s a reflection on our own work, but because we build a rapport with our clients and care about them. A relationship is developed based on trust, honesty, and shared experience.
A highly qualified Personal Trainer must know what they are talking about. This knowledge and experience is invaluable when it comes to safely and effectively improving your overall health and spirit. There are a lot of under-qualified and inexperienced trainers out there. Every gym’s locker room is full of self-proclaimed “personal trainers” that preach their version of “Bro Science.” Bluntly, they have no idea what they’re doing or talking about. They’ve watched some YouTube videos, looked at some infographics on Instagram or Pinterest, they’re taking all supplementation and carry around a jug of “pre-workout formula” to sip as they stand around in the gym. They have no understanding of training principles and techniques. They have no knowledge of biomechanics or kinesiology that allows them to know the modalities of exercise…. Following these folks, even if they are well intended friends and family members, can get you injured fast, and you either will not reach your ultimate fitness goals or you will accomplish them painfully over a longer period of time.
There are some people who think they do not need a Personal Trainer because they “know how to train.” (And, its likely that they last time they saw a gym was during high school sports years ago). All people that undertake he journey of being physically fit can benefit from the professional guidance of a Personal Trainer when it comes to exercise – even Personal Trainers! Whether you’re learning new exercises, movements or perfecting your technique, a Personal Trainer, can help you to remain injury-free and progress faster.
“I’ve been training with Operator Fitness for 3.5 years now. I’m a Women’s Bikini Contestant and model. I came to them from another trainer where I had plateaued and wasn’t making further gains and progress. Chris took over my training and made suggestions for me to change my nutrition. Within 2 months I was progressing and transforming my body….”
