A life coach is a type of wellness professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. Life coaches aid their clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives.
Life coaches assist to you clarify your goals, identify any obstacles that are holding you back from making progress, and then help you come up with strategies for overcoming any and all of those obstacles.
By creating these strategies with you, life coaches focus your unique skills, strengths, and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your skills, strengths, and gifts life coaches provide the emotional support you need to achieve long-lasting change and positive growth.

Licensed therapists treat mental health conditions. Life coaches do not.
